2. Data we collect
Contact form: when you submit an inquiry, we process the details you provide — name, e-mail address, company, phone number, and your message — solely to respond to your request.
Technical logs: our hosting environment keeps short-lived server logs (IP address, timestamps, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are deleted automatically and are not used to build user profiles.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process contact-form data to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries). Server logs are processed for our legitimate interest in IT security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Analytics
This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free web analytics service. Plausible collects aggregated, anonymous page-view data without cookies and without cross-site or cross-device tracking, and without collecting personal data or personal identifiers. IP addresses are not stored. You can read Plausible's data policy at plausible.io/data-policy.
5. Recipients and transfers
Your data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate this website and our e-mail communications (hosting, e-mail delivery). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
6. Retention
Contact inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for the duration of any follow-up business relationship, after which they are deleted in line with statutory retention duties. Server logs are deleted within a maximum of 30 days.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. 8. Data security
This website is served over TLS/HTTPS. Access to submitted inquiries is restricted to authorized KNT staff. We review our technical and organizational measures regularly.
